Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, though a bit warm and stuffy at times, overall comfortable. The service was fantastic with a great location and even a complimentary holiday breakfast. However, there were moments of rudeness from some staff members. The surroundings were vibrant but a tad noisy at night.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided amazing service. The location was ideal for exploring the city, but the dining experience was not the best in terms of value for money.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location, in the heart of the restaurant and bar precinct with easy access to the old city center. The rooms, while small, are suitable for short stays and come with some unique views. The service is exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff offering great suggestions for exploring the city.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms received a recent makeover, so they looked great and were really warm. They were nice and quiet at night, making my rest peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always eager to assist me. The location was perfect since it was close to everything I needed, including great restaurants and bars. The dining experience was tasty and varied, though I wished they had more options for diabetics. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with great value for money.
The hotel had a beautiful location around the Martini Church, offering a great view from the 5th floor room. The bed was comfortable, but the fold-out chair bed was less so. The service was very nice, especially the bar staff, in a great location close to Grotte Markt. The central location made it easy to explore Groningen, with various bars and restaurants nearby. The dining experience felt safe during breakfast time, and there were many good restaurants and cafes in the area. The facilities were well-maintained overall.
